I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was available before the official check-in time, allowing me to settle in comfortably. However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom which was promptly and professionally addressed by the maintenance staff. The housekeeping team maintained impeccable cleanliness throughout my stay, and the reception staff were consistently courteous and helpful.

The hotel is nice with very helpful staff. Breakfast is good and the serving time is awesome as guests can relax and wake up.Enough space for everyone to sit and eat. The kids also have a nice play area.The people at the reception are very courteous and one of them even arranged the transport at the end moment for us to the airport. They even guide if we have any questions regarding the commuting to locations. The timing for the swimming pool can be made continuous and not closed between 12:00-13:00. That was a little weird as guests can go anytime they want during the daytime.

Wir k?nnen guten Gewissens dieses Hotel mehr als empfehlen. Es war das beste Hotel indem wir jemals waren. Das Personal ist sehr professionell,h?flich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Zwar beherbergten wir dieses Hotel ?nur“ zwei N?chte aber wir w?ren sehr gerne l?nger geblieben. Es gab einen sch?nen Spa Bereich mit Pool, Jacuzzi und sogar einem Kinderbecken. Es gab ebenfalls Massagen im Angebot. Wir waren au?erhalb der Saison, weswegen das Hotel nicht voll war und wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen ( wofür wir uns hier nochmals bedanken m?chten!). Das Preis-Leistungsverh?ltnis mehr als gerechtfertigt. Wir m?chten auf jeden Fall im Winter ( Hauptsaison) wiederkommen!

Perfect choice for winter escape . Beautiful modern hotel . Rooms are very spacious, totally new , with the balcony which opens breathing views . Breakfast has great variety, very delicious cold cuts , local food , pate, pancakes . City is small , the location is very convenient as everything is just around 10 minutes away by car . Hotel located just few minutes away from the bus station .

Perfect location, great views and good service. Food was well made and very near to the Kropowki - city centre of Zakopane.
