Era una catena che non conoscevo e l'ho scoperta facendo una ricerca su internet. Ho scoperto un hotel ottimo, vicino al centro e con servizi da prima classe. Ottima la stanza, ottima la colazione, ottima la piscina e la spa (di cui però non ho usufruito). Ho apprezzato molto anche il checkout alle ore 12. Unica nota negativa il costo del parcheggio intermo, a mio avviso esagerato.

The location of hotel is ne’er to market but the breakfast not tasty also pillow was very small and not comfortable.

Location is great, rooms are missing some basics like vanity kits, trash boxes, or coffee mashine. In general price is on higher side comparing to the value.

Super sport for weekend with family or friends, I really like Spa zone and bar, cocktails are really good and tasty. Also location is good because you can reach for centre. Good and friendly staff they can help you to find and help to get what you want Recommended

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and it was definitely a good experience. Upon arrival, there was some confusion with our room (the room we were accommodated was already occupied by other guest) but the reception has promptly sorted it out and upgraded our room for an apartment at no charge. Cleanliness was definitely 5/5. Most of the staff were very helpful, especially the reception team. What could be improved is spa access hours. Pool and spa are open for adult only between 8PM and 9PM. One hour so relatively a short time. However jacuzzi, hot beds, sauna were switched off at 8:45PM - a bit disappointing. Also, the hotel is located very close to Krupowki Street and Gubalowka which is definitely very convenient.

Great hotel to stay in Zakopane, ideal service. Comfort location, perfect view. I would like to highlight very good sound insulation and sufficient space in the room.

My husband and I loved our stay here. We rented a studio apartment, with a balcony and perfect view of the Tatra Mountains. The beds, bedding and pillows were wonderfully comfortable and we got some much needed sleep. Service was excellent and so was the location. Loved it.

В отеле все понравилось, спа зона отличная, питание брали завтраки и ужины. Очень все вкусно, разнообразно. Был лишь один неприятный момент с ужином. Я оплатила сразу 3 ужина на 3 ночи при бронировании. Мне не выслали никакой доп информации в какое время завтраки и ужины. Ну ладно завтраки, на check in об этом говорят. А вот с ужином было непонятно. я первый раз сталкиваюсь с тем что ужин с 18 до 19:30. Мы приехали в 20:20 спешили по пробкам, потому что ехали из Гданьска, а это очень далеко. Думали что ужины как и во всех отелях до 21. Но нет, при заселении списали сразу все деньги и за ужин которого мы не ели тоже. В итоге не предложили даже бутерброда или хоть какой-то закуски. Пришлось идти в жабку тратить деньги на какую-то хрень что бы хоть что-то перекусить. Конечно в первый день впечатление было испорчено. Я и за парковку хотела оплатить за ночь, а не за 3 сразу. В итоге отдали 630 евро за 3 дня, мне кажется это не мало, ну как есть. В целом в отеле все было хорошо. Рассказываю такой момент с ужином, вдруг кто-то тоже так не успеет, будет обидно
